Team members are responsible for the day-to-day point of sale and upfront customer interaction. These employees will be the initial contact with a customer and are responsible for the sale of goods from any/all point of sale registers.
Team members will work in the following areas
- Box Office
Customer Loyalty is our highest priority, so team members must have a clean appearance and be willing to serve the customer in any way possible.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning trash from theaters, public areas, restrooms, and food service areas
- Selling concessions/food/tickets from point of sale terminals
- Rotating/lifting stock up to 30 pounds
- Ensuring the highest level of professional appearance is maintained
- Ensuring top customer service is achieved with each and every customer
- Janitorial duties
- Any/all duties delegated to you by assigned Team Leaders/Managers
